Albright College 2017 Class Tribute
Trent Gray

Albright College’s Trent Gray, a music business major, is quickly on his way into the workforce with aspirations and clear eyes. His experience at Albright College has prepared him for success, and he plans to build upon the knowledge he has already acquired.
On May 22, Gray will be spending his first day at the full time Assistant Box Office Manager position at the Santander Arena. The road to this position was not easy. He started by working in Albright’s record label, Lion Enterprises. Through his work there he got an internship with the Santander Arena, that developed into a part time position and a promotion, and upon graduating he will enter into a full time position within his field of study.
For the future he sees many possibilities. “The industry itself is very fluid, so you want to learn as much as you can and always be making contacts,” said Gray. He said he could see himself climbing up the latter in ticketing, or working as a booking agent, a general manager, or even a promoter. All of these job positions are appealing to him.
Gray’s outgoing personality will help him to get any of these positions. His diverse aspirations for the future reflect his diverse background experience on campus. Not only was he part of Lion Enterprises and its president, he was a Domino Player, a Member of the Improv group Less than or Equal to, an Ambassador, an IT Help Desk worker, a member at large for SGA, a children’s theater participant, and an intern at WXAC.
His work on Albright College’s campus did not go unnoticed. He received the Music Business Award for Leadership and Outstanding Academic Achievement, the WXAC Senior Award, and the Gold A Award.
See Gray graduate along with his peers on Sunday, May 21, on Albright College's Science field.
